  1. I have started to read your books, but not in order but will try to get the 1st one from each section from now on. I found your name starting from Wilbur Smith I am glad I found you

    1. Mayday is the first novel featuring Dirk Pitt, it’s also published under the title The Mediterranean Caper.
      Happy reading!

  2. I just got back into reading last month. A neighbor brought me 6 books to read, three being Clive Cussler books (Mirage, Navigator, and Wrath of Poseidon). I’ve already read the first two, and am now on Wrath. I love the books, his style of writing, and the characters in each. I’ve joined the library, and plan to read all his series books, I hope Dirk Cussler continues to write the adventures his father started.

  3. Best author I’ve ever read!! It’s very sad that he’s not around to continue entertaining us with such great books! He will be missed!! I’ve read 70 of his books and have loved them all! If there’s another author as good and clean I wish someone would tell me about them.

  4. I have read many of the Cussler books. Started with Durk Pitt, then Kurt Austin, then the Fargos. After reading Tge Gray Ghost, I started reading the Issac Bell books. Started with the first book and am reading them in order. Just starting the eighth book. I believe the Issac Bell books are the best.

  5. I started reading Clive culler books back in 1973 and have his whole collection, reading every book in order.
So sad to hear of his passing as he was the best adventure author. I have two more books to read and will then be lost as what next to read, I have tried many other authors, but nothing gets close to the Clive Cussler series. We will miss you Clive along with all of your hero’s.

  6. I have Read All of His Books to date and Hope that Dirk Will Continue with his fathers legacy in cahoots with the other writers in the same vain Clive will be sorely missed
